Refunds and Returns

1. In using our site, you acknowledge that second hand items for sale are not in new condition, unless specified otherwise, and may have minor defects and be in an inferior condition compared to the same product in new condition. Special care is taken to display items with a high level of detail, noting any known defects. Please take time to carefully review the photos and read the description of each item that you are interested in and ensure you are happy with the item before committing to a purchase. 

2. You must advise CASA CASA of any issues with items purchased through our site within 24 hours of collection. Any concerns about an item should be brought to our attention by emailing hello@casacasadesignstudio.com.au. Please include photos and a description of your concern in the email.

3. If, in our opinion, the item is materially different to how it was described on the site, we will  arrange for the item to be collected from you and then issue a full or partial refund (as agreed) to your original payment method. You must use all reasonable endeavours to promptly assist us in arranging for the item to be collected from you.

4. If the item is not materially different to how it was described on the site, it is not possible to return the item and obtain a refund simply because it is not fit for the purpose you intended, unless that intention was communicated to us prior to the purchase and we (or the seller) told you that the Item would be fit for that purpose.

Change of mind returns

5. We do not accept change of mind returns. We do allow cancellation of orders if they have not already been collected and if the order was placed no more than 48 hours ago.
